The much-maligned and much-discussed topic of leadership is critical in the increasingly complex world of strategy development. ‘You have to develop leaders,’ says Bob McDonald, former CEO of Procter & Gamble. ‘Deciding strategy is relatively straightforward. Getting it to work is not. That’s where leadership comes in.’
