The boss calls Manny, the project manager: “Manny, we have to talk about your project.” Manny responds, “Sure, what’s up?” “Well, if we don’t add this one feature, we’re toast. Big Customer won’t buy this release.” Manny sighs and says, “Let me talk to the project team—I’ll get back to you.”
