Status Meetings
Status meetings come in two flavors: those between you and the members of the project team in a one-on-one meeting and those between you and management. You probably noticed in the earlier list that I did not include team status meetings. That’s because public status meetings that are not daily standup meetings are serial status meetings and a waste of time (see Tip 19, Seek and Destroy Time-Wasting Meetings).
Determining Project Status
