Your Credibility in the Eyes of the Key Players and Others
Your credibility is your “brand image” in the organization and reflects your equity in the brand “You, Inc.” Or, to use an analogy from finance, your credibility is your “credit rating” in the organization. Just as a good financial credit rating offers a cushion in managing your personal finances, your credibility gives you an organizational cushion to try new things and take necessary risks.
