In my course for which this book is the text, students write a self-reflection paper as the final exam using a template that I provide. I grade the papers “blind” so the student name is included on a separate sheet at the back of the paper. Fictitious names instead of real names are used throughout the paper for any person or other entity mentioned in the paper.
The key requirements are (a) to pick a specific point in time at which the critical self-reflection will be performed using the 10 keys in this book, and (b) instead of the typical essay, the student must conduct a critical self-examination using the template that I provide to ensure that the relevant concepts and frameworks in the book are used ...
