You are in transition if you are a new grad or you are making a transition to a new career.
In some ways, being a new grad is easy. You don’t have any “bad” experience to overcome—except maybe that internship. That’s because some managers don’t consider internships “real” experience. Whatever the case, internships provide you with leads for your network and some real-world experience. If you had an internship, mine those connections first for your job search.
