Sales to delivery handover

  • Purpose: Managing the space between sales and a delivery organization has its unique challenges. Selling is not installing. The purpose of this deliverable is to transition from the sales process to the delivery process in an easy way. This deliverable includes a review of the services contract and a meeting with the sales team to discuss the project.
