Handover to support

  • Purpose: The purpose of this deliverable is to transfer from a project support environment to a production support environment
  • Approach: SAP S/4HANA cloud
  • Deliverable(s): Solution handed over to operations
  • Tasks summary:
    • Conduct the handover to support services meeting to introduce the customer to the support manager. Support task ownership of the ongoing support and monitoring of the productive cloud system.
    • Set the live system indicator in the production system. This allows support to easily identify the system as a productive system.
