Productivity

Improvements in worker effectiveness (as a substantial amount of organizational costs are associated with labor and are thereby linked to communication) offer much potential for improving productivity. However, “… the chain of conditions between amount of communication in the workplace and outcomes such as satisfaction, effectiveness, or other effects may be quite lengthy.”1
