It doesn’t matter how well thought out your crisis plan is, or how often you and your crisis response team have conducted drills or practiced potential crisis scenarios, if your crisis messaging is ineffective, it’s all been for naught. Why? Because the only thing the public and your stakeholders actually see or hear are your messages.
