Motivation is partly based on a vision of hope—the hope of finding meaningful purpose and reaching greater success from our efforts—hope of a better future for ourselves, our families, friends, and coworkers. In other words, hope is like an ocean of possibilities and represents what life could be. When we are motivated to believe in the possibilities, a brighter tomorrow often surfaces.
