Writing a book is a labor of love—with moments of hate sprinkled in for good measure. The process can be simultaneously exciting, dynamic, and thrilling as well as overwhelming, humbling, and discouraging. Purely from a philosophical standpoint, it stands to reason that without some darkness, we can never fully appreciate the light.
On that note, I owe a debt of gratitude to those who kept my world bright while writing this book; any periods of darkness were brief.
