Wouldn’t it be great if the only ingredient required for business success and profitability were positive, happy people? If that were the case, companies would hire Chicago Cubs fans off the street every time their team won, Google wouldn’t expect more from new hires than a broad smile, and airline pilots would be selected based on charm and warmth instead of an ability to get passengers safely to their destinations!
