Online marketing has changed significantly since my first job managing websites for JBL in 1997. About half of the companies that you come in contact with today didn’t have websites back then, let alone a blog or social media presence. Over the next few years Google would come onto the scene and change search forever. Marketing on the web soon became a complex mixture of mathematical search formulas.
