The conclusions reached in the previous chapters suggest a wholly different approach to developing managers, at least in intensive educational programs. This is the subject to which we now turn.

The ideas presented in this chapter may be very different from prevailing educational practice. But our own experience with them (discussed in the following chapters) suggests that they can be rather easily realized, once we get back to fundamental notions of learning.
