APM Practices

APM's practices are oriented primarily toward the delivery of business value, rather than toward control and cost optimization. They are by no means completely comprehensive and cannot cover everything every manager needs to do on every agile project. But because they are based on the organic CAS metaphor and the APM principles just listed, they represent a flexible management style.
