What Is the Agile Manager's Role?

The agile manager's role is to lead the delivery of business value on agile projects by establishing APM principles and practices, and by personally embodying APM values (covered later in this chapter).

Table 2-1 shows the different responsibilities required to fulfill this role as they relate to the APM principles and practices.
