I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Project Vision
Project vision provides a shared mental image or model in answer to the question, “What do we hope to achieve for the organization with this project?” A project vision seeks to define the key pieces of the project's context:
What are the project's end goals or desirable outcomes?
What are its objectives?
What is its scope?
How does it relate to other projects?
On what other projects/factors does it depend?
What value will it add to the organization?
How will it contribute toward achieving the organization's strategic goals?
What is the strategy to deal with external changes?
