Adapting Organizations to Effective Sustainability Management

Abstract

The question for boards of directors is not whether to adopt sustainability management—it is how to direct their institution to adapt to it. Organization focus to establish it as a priority at the senior-management level helps the development of an orderly map to capture the benefits.
