I finished reading Managing Fuzzy Projects in 3D with great interest. This book offers an excellent deep dive into what Lavagnon and Jan aptly call “fuzzy projects.” That is, projects that hold intangible, unclear, unstable goals or take place in sociopolitically complex contexts. I highly recommend Managing Fuzzy Projects in 3D as it is timely and extremely useful for today’s project managers and sponsors.
