This book was written by two authors, for good reasons. One approaches projects from the perspective of the overall strategy of organizations that initiate them, the other from the perspective of those who implement them. The common goal is to improve the way we think of and act on projects.
OUR RESEARCH
Managing Fuzzy Projects in 3D has a theoretical basis, but it is grounded in the real world of projects. It draws lessons from two decades of research on the delivery of projects. We collected data on more than 3,000 projects from around the world, the majority being projects that we characterized as “fuzzy.”
