So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Throughout this book we discuss the importance of paying attention to legal and regulatory considerations on both the microlevel and the macrolevel. This chapter provides a basic outline to list and understand the basic regulations we need to pay attention to. This chapter was dependent upon the input of a counsel with 30-year-plus experience in global supply chain, M&A, and transportation regulations, Richard Furman, a good friend and colleague of the author.
