Your Policy

By law, wherever you are located, you must have a policy on health and safety whatever size firm you have, although you may not need a written version of it (depending on how many people you employ). However, as we have seen already, there are likely to be other groups of people who want to see evidence that you have a policy in place, such as your insurance provider or a client, or when placing a tender for contract. Having got this far through the guide, you might as well record the main features of your policy in writing!
