Project Management for a Lean Project Using DMAIC

DMAIC really made its appearance in the manufacturing environment representing a merger of sorts between Six Sigma at Motorola and Lean at Toyota. Today, the combination of the two merged into one approach commonly referred to as Lean Six Sigma. DMAIC capitalizes on this merger to enable projects to improve process performance for the customer.
