Approaches to content
Abstract
This chapter looks specifically at data that are created for the digital space, the intellectual property (IP) rights and value they provide for a corporation, the risks of theft of IP, the risks the content may create for the corporation (such as defamation, anticompetitive acts, etc.), and best practices to reduce those risks as well as strategies on what to do if theft occurs.
