Modifying Existing Tools to Incorporate iOCM TM Principles
Using best-practice tools and templates is an integral part of every effective project management methodology. This principle does not change when implementing an iOCMTM project. But, it does require that these tools and template be slightly modified to ensure they adequately address best-practice organizational change management principles. Additionally, some may change from a one and done to an iterative living document approach, meaning the content will need to be re-evaluated and updated throughout the project.
