In Chapter 3, I compared the organization to the human body, and Product Management to the DNA that is in all the cells and organs. These overlapping, interlocking systems and functions influence each other in very complex ways in order for the entity to perform well. Changing circumstances (whether in the body or corporation) engender a fluid array of decisions driven by finely tuned protocols and methods.
