You know, this would be an awesome job except for those pesky stakeholders! If you ask me, managing stakeholder expectations is the hardest part of project management, and every PM I know struggles with this from time to time. The good news is that there’s a lot you can do to improve your skills in this area. Simply having a well-thought-out plan and applying deliberate strategies to each stakeholder can greatly increase your effectiveness.
