Troy A. Swanson is Teaching & Learning Librarian and Library Department Chair at Moraine Valley Community College in the USA. Troy earned his PhD from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and his master’s degree in library and information science from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. His BA is from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.
Troy interviewed at Moraine Valley in the year 2000 as a practice interview in preparation for opportunities at larger universities.
