image  Brainstorming Exercise:Incentives and Rewards

1.  Break your group into teams of four to six members. For each team, ask for a volunteer to lead the exercise and another to take notes on a flipchart. Allow about 15 minutes for the brainstorming session and another 15 to 20 minutes to discuss and clarify the results.

2.  Ask the teams to address these two major issues and to brainstorm these questions:

—   What customized work arrangements have we negotiated during our work lives that motivated us to stay in a position or an organization?

—   What customized work arrangements have we already negotiated with high-performing individuals ...
