This book is about one of the most important challenges facing all companies today, in the United States and around the developed world. With the growing number of older workers in the workplace or trying to get back in, and as the baby boomer generation “retires retirement” and stays in the workforce longer, it is now becoming more and more common to find older workers being managed by younger managers.
