Abstract
Time is a new hire’s most valuable asset. Time management and organizational skills are important abilities to have both at work and at home. In addition, everyone should have a way of tracking what they do, documenting what they have accomplished, and having a good grasp on their assets. These are not only physical accomplishments, but also productive relationships with other people.
