As many managerial types exist as there are people. Just as our personalities are different, so too are our managing styles. The six types I’ve focused on are not the only managerial profiles you’ll encounter. At the same time, these types are among the most common and compelling. The odds are at one time or another, you’ve come in contact with at least some of the bosses we’ve discussed, and if you haven’t, it’s likely you’ll find yourself working for some of them in the future.
