Managing your Team through Change

A journey will be easier or harder depending on where you start from. The same is true of change. Some environments help change, some hinder change. In this chapter I want to share some ideas of activities you should focus on so you commence every change from the best starting point by creating an environment which helps rather than hinders change. You want your team to begin each change nimbly in their best running shoes, not in lead boots and tied down with large bundles of old luggage.
