Increasing your knowledge and getting help
I have drawn inspiration from a number of sources in writing this book. Most obviously I have drawn on the increasingly mature body of knowledge that makes up change management. Change management is becoming a well-established discipline with its own qualifications, accreditations and community of practitioners. After reading this book you may decide you want to find out more. In this appendix I provide some tips towards increasing your own knowledge and where to go for help.
