Many resources cross borders, but for the sake of brevity, I tried to include them under their most obvious country of origin. Some resources are listed in their native language, and rather than translate for you, I suggest you make use of one of the fine online web-translation tools (I use google.com/language_tools). In many smaller countries in which I have worked, there continues to be a lack of authoritative sources for information security, so I have gotten in the habit of looking at their central bank’s Web site for clues.
