In the brainstorming exercise for Row-1 Scope, in the previous chapter, we identified all the key elements needed to make the vision of the shared enterprise a reality – Who, What, How, Where, When, and Why. Here we’ll do the same for the Row-2 Business Model layer: we now need to link all of those elements and items together into a complete picture of the enterprise and then establish our organization’s proper place within that picture.
