think management by fear is a disaster because it just undermines people. It is like when the lion hunts down the buck. The buck is quicker than the lion and should always be able to outrun its predator, but the lion just keeps coming and eventually fear gets the better of the buck and it can’t really think clearly anymore. In the end, the buck basically stops and lets the lion take him.
