Work with Reviewers

You can use the Review tab on the Word Ribbon to enter comments into a document and show revisions in balloons — a callout to the Review Panel that details the change that was made. In this way you can track changes among a series of associates or colleagues whose comments and edits need to be integrated into the document.

You can distribute a document for review by e-mail or over a network, or using some of the collaboration features in Chapter 29.

When you work with reviewers and turn on the Track Changes feature, each reviewer's edits appear in the document in a different color, enabling the author to clearly see whose edits need to be reflected in the final version.
