Preview a Worksheet
You can use the Print Preview feature to see how your worksheet looks before you print it. Using the Print Preview feature can help you confirm any applied changes to options, thus saving you time and paper.
The Print Preview window indicates which page you are viewing and the total number of pages in your worksheet. If your worksheet contains more than one page, you can easily view the other pages. You can also magnify an area of a page in your worksheet to view it in more detail.
If you have a black-and-white printer, the pages in the Print Preview window display in black and white. If you have a color printer, the pages may display in color when you use the Print Preview window.
