Chapter 21. Changing Table Design
Switch between Datasheet and Design Views
You can view a table in Datasheet view or Design view. Each view allows you to perform different tasks, and Access allows you to quickly switch between the two views.
Datasheet view displays all of the records in a table. You can enter, edit, and review records in this view. Working in this view is covered in Chapter 20.
Design view displays the structure of a table. You can use this view when you want to make changes to the structure, layout, and design of the table.
