Create a Form Using a Wizard
A form presents information from a database table in an attractive format, and so you may find that a form is easier to work with than a table. You can use a form to add, edit, and delete information in a table. You can also create a form for queries.
The Form Wizard helps you to create a form that suits your needs. The wizard asks you a series of questions and then sets up a form based on your answers.
To start, the Form Wizard allows you to select the table or query containing the fields that you want to include in the form.
After you create a table, you can select the fields that you want to include from a list in the table. A form can include all or only some fields in a table.
