View the Calendar

The Outlook Calendar window offers you an easy way to quickly view all of your appointments. By default, the Calendar displays the appointments you have scheduled for the current day. However, you can easily display the appointments for another day.

The Calendar window also displays all the days in the current month and the next month. Today's date displays a red outline, and days with appointments appear in bold. Clicking any day brings up the appointments for that day.

You can flip through all the months in the Calendar to view past or future appointments. Viewing past appointments is useful when you have to report the amount of time you spent working on a particular project.
