Chapter 9: Working with the Camera and Layer Depth

In the previous chapter, we saw how to build complex IK armatures and create fully animated figures using the tools and workflows present within the software.

In this chapter, we will examine the Camera, Layer Depth, and Layer Effects. All three of these features rely on Advanced Layers mode, which we first saw put to use in Chapter 7, Character Design through Layer Parenting.
