Integrating tag selection within the editor component

As the first step, we should amend our editor component to utilize the tags input directive in conjunction with the tags select component that we just created.

Before we start changing our editor, let's look at a new string helper function, splice, which allows us to pass a specific location within the text, where we want to replace the partial hashtag entered by the user with the final hashtag from the selected tag object.
