Tim Parkman graduated in Psychology and Philosophy from Oxford University and then trained as a lawyer. After qualifying he worked as a solicitor in the litigation department of Wilde Sapte (now SNR Denton), before joining the Standard Chartered group, where he held a number of regional and global roles in the Legal and Compliance function in London, India, Singapore and Dubai, including as an MLRO.
