Using the Camera
If you've ever taken a drawing class, you've probably been shown the importance of carefully observing your subject. It's important to be aware of the details of a scene or landscape that might otherwise go unnoticed. By recording these details in your sketches and preliminary drawings and then addressing them in your models and scenes, you can create a sense of depth and realism.
When you create an Autodesk® 3ds Max® 2013 scene, it helps to recall those lessons in observation, even though you may not be creating a scene from real life.
