I’m sure that you have looked into 3D rendering as a method of creating sales material, particularly if you want to start selling your products before you’ve manufactured them. However, renderings don’t need to be solely for the sales and marketing department.

In this chapter, you’ll see how you how easy it is to create stunning images with Autodesk• Inventor• software (see Figure 16.1). Rendering with Autodesk Inventor is so easy, you could create renders just to liven up a design meeting, to add interest to a weekly report, or simply to show off.
