Creating a Culture of Communication

Does your organization have a strategy for communication? It most likely has a strategic direction based on segmentation, differentiation, and cost. It certainly has a marketing strategy that makes the public aware of what the organization offers that’s unique. It probably has a talent management strategy to make sure that it has the right people performing at their highest levels. Your people also need to know your organization’s communication strategy.
