Chapter 6. A Conversation with Users About Creatures and Skills
During data modeling, you converse with users about their data, gradually improving the LDS as the conversation proceeds. This chapter presents a somewhat idealized conversation and shows the gradual improvement to the LDS.1 We show very few instances and give you the opportunity to practice the instance visualization techniques you just learned. For each fragment, think about the pros and cons of the various visualization techniques, choose one, and make up some instances.
